# Letsss

> Letsss is a mobile-first web app where any group (a company team, a club, a group of friends) runs its social life as a community. A member proposes a plan by finishing the sentence “Letsss…”, members vote on the details, say yes, show up, get stamped in and review it. A points economy rewards people who keep their word and hosts who run good plans.

Who it is for: teams at work (lunches, afterworks, 5-a-side), clubs (members propose, good hosts get noticed) and groups of friends (stop planning in the group chat). Members are 18 or older.

## How a plan works

- Propose: finish the sentence “Letsss…” (Letsss play padel on Friday). The plan has a time, a place or an online link, a size and a class set by its duration (Quick, Standard, Big, Epic).
- Vote: members vote on the open details (the place, the time) and can suggest options.
- Say yes: joining (“Yesss” in the Playful voice, “Join” in the Classic one) gives you a ticket. When the plan locks, usually the day before, a small deposit of credits is held.
- Show up: the host checks people in at the plan and each ticket gets a stamp with the real time. Attending gives the deposit back.
- Review: attendees rate the plan and can give props to people. The host is rewarded by turnout and rating.

## Reputation and credits

- Every community has its own economy. Points never move between communities and money never buys them.
- Reputation (REP, “aura” in the Playful voice) is public standing inside the community. It is never spent and grows with plans kept, new people met and plans hosted well. Levels: Newcomer 0, Regular 30, Insider 120, Pillar 350, Legend 750. Levels never go down.
- Credits are private fuel: a new member starts with 50. They pay plan deposits (Quick 1, Standard 2, Big 3, Epic 5) and hosts’ stakes, and a wallet cap grows with the level.
- Deposits of people who don’t show up go to a season pot, drawn among the members who always show up. A joker (1 per season) excuses a miss.
- A plan counts for points with at least 2 attendees besides the hosts, posted 48 hours ahead (24 for a Quick plan).

## Privacy

- Reputation, levels, reliability and props are visible only inside the community. Credits and any loss are visible only to the member.
- Public pages show plans with their area, never the address. In a public community the address goes to participants only; in a private one, to its members.
- The only thing that crosses communities is a track record (“Shows up 96% · 48 plans”), shared per community by the member’s choice.
- Communities are public (listed, anyone can join after accepting the rules) or private (invitation, invite link or work email).

## Languages

Interface languages: English, Français. Each person picks their own; members also say which languages they understand, and communities say which ones they write in. Member text is never machine-translated.

## Price

Free during the beta, for public and private communities. Money never buys points.

## Questions

### What is Letsss?

A free app for groups that do things together: teams at work, clubs and friends. Someone proposes a plan by finishing “Letsss…”, people vote on the details, say yes and show up.

### Is Letsss free?

Yes, free during the beta, for public and private communities. Credits and reputation are points inside a community: money never buys them.

### How does it get people to show up?

When a plan locks, a small deposit of credits is held. Show up and it comes back with a stamp on your ticket; no-shows’ deposits go to a season pot drawn among the members who always come.

### Do I need to install an app?

No. Letsss works in your phone’s browser; add it to your home screen for notifications. You sign in with your email, no password.

### Can we use it at work?

Yes: lunches, afterworks, 5‑a‑side. Colleagues can join with their work email, and points have no link to HR or evaluations.

### Who sees my points?

Reputation stays inside each community. Credits and any loss are visible only to you. Public plans show the area, never the address.

### Which languages?

English and French. Members write in their own languages; nothing is machine-translated.

### Who’s behind Letsss?

A small team in Casablanca. Write to hello@letsss.app: we read every message.
